Launched in Japan in 1996, Pokémon has been a continual global success and Europe is no exception. The European success of the Pokémon franchise continues across merchandise, video games, trading cards, movies and TV animation. Pokémon UK is based in London and oversees the Pokémon franchise in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
As Pokémon is a brand in constant development and operating across many business areas in numerous territories, it is a challenge to keep all partners, clients and stakeholders up-to-date with the latest brand news. This was the challenge that Pokémon UK presented to Elaborations Ltd - and we offered them an ideal solution: a bi-monthly email newsletter, combining their latest news with our arresting design.
The newsletter is broadcast bi-monthly, with a fresh design for each issue carefully crafted with the client's fantastic range of characters and artwork. The design and character selection is a result of careful consideration between Elaborations and the client to ensure that all is in keeping with the latest Pokémon developments.
The constantly evolving design of the newsletter not only reflects the fluid nature of the Pokémon franchise, but also is key to standing out in recipients' very busy inboxes.
