Online Payments
 Users can pay for products and services online using their credit or debit cards. To accept these payments a Payment Service Provider (PSP) is needed which makes the transaction with the bank. To take payments from your customers you need a merchant number that can either be obtained from your bank or a third party company such as WorldPay. Either way you choose, we are able to set up your website to take these payments online securely and we are also able to advice you PSPs and merchant accounts.
Secure Transactions
 Users are becoming very Internet savvy and with increased fraud occurring online, users are becoming more aware about website security. If your website is not secure you are losing out on business. To make the transactions secure you will need to obtain an SSL certificate and dedicated IP address.  A shopping cart allows users who browse around a website and add products they wish to a page called a shopping cart or basket. This stores the items in the same way a physical shopping basket would hold products at your supermarket and when the user is ready to pay for the items they can continue to the virtual checkout. Order Management
 Managing products you sell can be a nightmare without a good customised system that works with your business. Our specialised software, Ascend Website Manager, can be integrated with an ecommerce plugin that enables all your orders to be tracked, invoices created and printed off for each order. You are able to indicate whether an order has been viewed and dispatched and there is no confusion even if there are multiple users of the administration area.
Stock Control
 Stock taking and synchronising it with the products sold on your website can be time consuming and frustrating. Our specialised software, Ascend Website Manager, allows you to keep track of orders and keep your stock up to date. For example, you can show that you have 30 items of a particular product available. After all 30 have been purchased via your website, the site will automatically display a 'Sold Out' text for that particular product and not allow any more customers to make an order. In addition you can set notifications so that you receive a warning when stock is low on any product, so you always know when to reorder.
